On April 02, 2013, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement 394/2013/TB-SGDHCM declaring the delisting of stock of South Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Company:

- Number of shares delisted: 11,044,000 shares

- Total value: VND110.440,000,000.

- Delisted on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange under Decision No.117/2013/QD -SGDHCM dated April 02, 2013 by HOSE.

- Reason: South Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Company violated Article 60.1(dd) of Decree 58/2012/ND-CP dated July 20, 2012 by the Government because it had losses (audited) in three consecutive years and accumulative loss of VND140.66 billion as at December 12, 2012, exceeding the real charter capital of VND110.44 billion.

- Effective date of the delisting : May 03, 2013

- Last trading date on HOSE: May 02, 2013.
