On April 01, 2013, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.110/2013/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock of Alphanam Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: ALP) into warning status from April 03, 2013.

Reason: The profit after tax of shareholders of parent company is -VND144.86 billion and the undistributed profit after tax is -VND35.84 billion. This belongs to the case regulated at Point 1.1b, Article 19a of Decision No.04/QD-SGDHCM dated April 17, 2009 on the adjustment and supplement of Article 19 and Section II, Appendix 2 of the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
