SJS: Investment projects in Nha Trang and Danang

Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (SUDICO) has informed of investment projects in Nha Trang and Danang as follows:
1. Project in Nha Trang City:
- SUDICO has cooperated with Van Phong Investment & Development JSC and the Central Area Electricity Investment & Development JSC.
- Project name: Cantus Cam Ranh Resort & Spa
- Location: D14C – North Peninsula Cam Ranh, Khanh Hoa Province
- Land area: 132,375 m2
- Construction area: 17,711 m2
- Total flooring area: 33,251 m2
- Purpose: Constructing a high-class resort with 5-star standard
+ Investment cost for the first stage: VND35.7 billion
In which: SUDICO: VND24.99 billion (70%); Van Phong Investment & Development JSC: VND7.14 billion (20%); Central Area Electricity Investment & Development JSC: VND3.57 billion (10%).
+ Investment cost for the next stage: Basing on the total investment cost, parties will negotiate contribution cost for the next stage.
2. Project in Danang City:
SUDICO has received transference of the land belonging to the project of the Hoa Hai new urban area at Khue My - My An Ward, Hanh Son Dist., Danang City with total area of 120,378 m2. SUDICO will construct high-class hotel, apartments and villas on the land.
