LCG: Receiving a capital transference
Licogi 16 Joint Stock Company (LICOGI 16) has announced a 100% capital transference from Sieu Thanh Co., Ltd. (*) as follows:
- On December 23, 2009, LICOGI 16 received 100% capital transference from Sieu Thanh Co., Ltd. and a Business License No. 0305701433 issued by Department of Planning & Investment of HCMC.
- LICOGI 16 received 100% capital transference from Sieu Thanh Co., Ltd. to implement Nam An Apartment Project:
* Total area: 8,662 m2
* Address: Binh Hung Hoa Ward, Binh Tan Dist., HCMC.
* Purpose: Building apartment block with 18 floors
* Expected time for the contruction: Quarter 2/2010
* Rate of process: 01 year as from contruction date.Watch your thoughts, they become words.
