Petrovietnam General Service Joint Stock Corporation (PETROSETCO) has explained business result in quarter 2/2009 as follows:
- Revenue in quarter 3/2009 was VND1,774 billion and decreased 12.5% in comparison with that in quarter 2/2009 (VND2,028 billion). Profit in quarter 3/2009 was VND35.5 billion and decreased 13.8% in comparison with that in quarter 2/2009 (VND41.2 billion).
- Reasons:
+ In the quarter, PETROSETCO distributed to provision of inventory devaluation for unsold fertilizers because of decreasing price.
+ The main products such as: mobile and laptop have kept the fixed market.
