The HCM (http://finance.vietstock.vn/StockDetail.aspx?scode=HCM&q=HCM&language=en) City-headquartered Sacomreal will join the Ha Noi Stock Exchange next Tuesday to facilitate liquidity of its 100 million shares.
Sacomreal (SCR (http://finance.vietstock.vn/StockDetail.aspx?scode=SCR&q=SCR&language=en)), an affiliate of the HCM (http://finance.vietstock.vn/StockDetail.aspx?scode=HCM&q=HCM&language=en) City Stock Exchange-listed Sacombank, has chartered capital of VND100 billion (US$5 million).
Established in 2004 with VND500 billion, the company initally offered services such as interior design, brokerage and trading, but now also acts as a real-estate developer.
The company has a land fund of 620ha for 20 projects, including apartments, offices for rent, hotels, and retail and industrial parks.
By the end of September, SCR (http://finance.vietstock.vn/StockDetail.aspx?scode=SCR&q=SCR&language=en) had gained a pre-tax turnover of VND673 billion ($33.6 million), up from this year's target of VND650 billion.
Its total asset value reached VND7.64 trillion, while the year's target of VND7.699 trillion ($384.9 million).
Shareholders will receive 30 per cent dividends for 2010, with half in cash and the remaining in shares.
The company expects to earn a pre-tax profit of VND900 billion in 2011 from a turnover of VND3 trillion. Its total asset value will increase to VND9.2 trillion next year.
