Binh Dinh Minerals Joint Stock Company (stock code: BMC) announced the personnel change as follows:
- Appointing Mr. Le Anh Vu, member of the Board of Directors cum Chief Accountant as Deputy CEO as from November 09, 2012 according to Decision No. 44/NQ-HDQT-BMC dated November 09, 2012 by the Board of Directors.
- Appointing Mr. Huynh Ngoc Bich , Deputy Head of Accounting Department as Chief Accountant from November 09, 2012 according to Decision No. 45/NQ-HDQT-BMC dated November 09, 2012 by the Board of Directors.
- According the Resolution No. 46/NQ-HDQT-BMC dated November 09, 2012, the Board of Directors approved to pay 2012 second cash dividend at VND1,000/share. Payment source: the company’s undistributed profit after tax of 2012.
