NSC: Resolution on the dividend payment

National Seed Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on the dividend payment of No.1/ 2012 as follows:

- Payment rate: 15%/par value (VND1,500 for a share)

- Payment method: in cash

- Payment date: November, 2012.
