Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) finished the first phase of transfer agreement to transfer stake in an associated company to a foreign investor. With the transfer, CII will surely exceed the profit target of VND320.7 billion for 2012.
At present, CII is executing the second and third phases of this agreement. If completing these phases, CII will gain another profit of VND200 billion.
