VTF: Increasing charter capital

On July 24, 2012, the BOD of Viet Thang Feed Joint Stock Company (stock code: VTF) issued Resolution No.07/2012/NQ-HDQT to announce the charter capital increase as follows:

- Old charter capital: VND180,255,090,000

- New charter capital: VND210,255,090,000

- Effective date: July 24, 2012
