According to the offering certificate dated 02/22/2011 granted by the State Securities Commission and the prospectus of ACB Growth Fund (ACBGF) in February 2011, ACBC was approved to be a representative to mobilize capital for ACBGF with an issue price of VND10,050/fund certificate.
However, because of the regulations of trading on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE), ACBGF sent a document to HOSE in order to ask to adjust the reference price on the first trading day from VND10,050/ fund certificate to VND10,000/ fund certificate.
