Pacific Property and Infrastructure Development (PPI) have announced that it will issue 25 million more shares at no less than VND10,000 to increase its charter capital by two-fold to VND500 billion. The company estimated that it would need an investment capital of VND355 billion next year.
In addition, the company also planned to change its name to Pacific Infrastructure Project Investment and Development.
