Central PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Company (PCE) targets pre-tax profit of VND13 billion in 2019, down 24% against last year, while its revenue is forecast to rise 9% to VND2.57 trillion. Meanwhile, the firm aims to pay a dividend of VND1,200 per share for 2018.
