SMC Investment Trading Joint Stock Company announced the Resolution of Board of Directors dated January 09, 2013 as follows:

The Board of Directors approved to close shareholders list in February 2013 to implement:

- To pay the second cash dividend of 2012 with dividend pay-out ratio: 7%/par value (VND700/share).

- To hold the 2013 General Annual Meeting.

The Board of Directors authorized to the Financial Director to implement necessary procedure.
This resolution takes effect as from January 09, 2013.
