On December 24, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange allowed Dry Cell and Storage Battery Joint Stock Company to repurchase PAC shares from the employees who left the Company:

- Stock symbol: PAC

- Buy back 1,300 shares of three employees who left the Company before the maturity date of the program to sell treasury shares to employees.

- The company will buy back 1,300 shares after its receives approval the State Securities Commission of Vietnam.
