On December 12, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.171/2012/QD-SGDHCM on the delisting of stock of the South-East Petro Vietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Joint Stock Company (PVFCCo SE):

- Number of shares delisted: 12,500,000 shares

- Total value: VND125,000,000,000.

- Effective delisting date: December 12, 2012

Reason: According to Point i, Item 1, Article 60 of Decree No.58/2012/ND-CP by the Gonvernment on 07/20/2012: “The stock will be delisted when the issuer does not complete the listing procedures on the stock exchange in 03 months from the date of receipt of approval for the listing.”
