Saigontourist Transport Corporation (Satraco) has cancelled Article 5 of the resolution of annual general meeting 2011 and corrected the meeting minutes because the number of ayes for Article 5 is just equal to 63.39%, less than 75% - the minimum necessary number of ayes. Therefore, the resolution now includes the four articles:

Article 1: The Meeting approved the 2011 financial statements audited by DTL Company, the 2012 business plan, and report of the Board of Directors.

- Business results in 2011:

+ Total revenue: 94,777,113,051 VND

+ Gross operating profit: 12,089,325,696 VND

+ Profit before tax: 4,506,934,717 VND

+ Profit after tax: 3,099,843,308 VND

+ Dividend: 3%, in cash

+ Targets for 2012:

+ Total revenue: 90,295,529,259 VND

+ Direct profit: 6,298,477,816 VND

+ Dividend for 2012: 3% or less

Article 2: The Meeting approved to authorize the Board of Directors to choose an auditing company for fiscal year 2012 from the companies: UHY, A&C, and another auditing company.

Article 3: The Meeting approved a report on adjustments in the Article of Association.

Article 4: The Meeting approved a report on travelling expense of the Board of Directors in 2011.
