- Total proceeds from the offering of 3,554,680 shares: VND98,201,510,000

- The amount used until October 08, 2012: VND98,201,510,000 – all of the proceeds, including:

- Paying for Penicillin injection production line: VND45 billion.

- Paying for upgrading equipment for Cao Lanh Factory: VND10 billion.

- Investing in system distribution: VND40,201,501,000.

- Raising the working capital: VND3 billion.
