DIC Investment And Trading Joint Stock Company has informed of getting approval for being the investment owner of the project of the Xuan Thoi Thuong Industrial Zone and nearby residential area as follows:
On 9th August 2010, the People’s Committee of Hochiminh City disclosed a Document No.3785/UBND-DTMT about approval for the DIC Investment And Trading Joint Stock Company to be the investment owner of the project of Xuan Thoi Thuong Industrial Zone and nearby residential area. The nearby residential area is served for housing demand of re-settlement and residence of employees in the industrial zone.
The People’s Committee of Hoc Mon Dist., HCMC coordinates with local authorities to identify particular boundaries of 2 projects as Xuan Thoi Thuong Industrial Zone (300 hectares) and nearby residential area (80 hectares).
