- Record date: October 02, 2012

- Purpose: to pay the remaining cash dividends (Phase 3) for fiscal years: 2009-2010 and 2010-2011.

- Dividend pay-out ratio: 5% (VND500/share)

- Payment date: October 18, 2012

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
