Saigon Machinery Spare Parts Joint Stock Company announced to extend the dividend payment date as follows:

- In the previous announcement, the dividend payment date of Saigon Machinery Spare Parts Joint Stock Company (Phase 3/2010) will be August 20, 2012, with a payment ratio of VND500/share.

- However, because to late cash collection, so the Company would like to pay dividends (Phase 3/2010) in two times:

+ First time: the company will pay VND125/share on August 20, 2012.

+ Second time: the company will pay VND375/share on September 20, 2012.

- Other contents in Announcement No.207/2012/CPTBPTSG on 04/07/2012 are not changed.
