HBC: Winning the construction contracts in June

Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation (Hoa Binh Corporation) has informed of winning the construction contracts in June as follows:
* In June 2010, the company won many construction contracts such as FLC Landmark Tower, Novotel Han River, Lan Phuong 2 apartment building and Ky Nguyen residence area.
* FLC Landmark Tower is located at plot 3,7 Le Duc Tho, Tu Liem Dist., Hanoi. The investment owner of the project is the Ninh Bac Finance Investment JSC. Hoa Binh Corporation has won the contract of constructing foundation and basement of the project. FLC Landmark Tower is the complex of high-class building office and apartment building located in the My Dinh new urban area. It has 30 stories, 2 basements with 5 floors used for office lease and 25 floors which are 300 apartments with area of 124 m2 to 159m2.
* Novotel Han River is located at 36 Bach Dang, Hai Chau Dist., Danang City. The investment owner of the project is the Sun Han River Co., Ltd. belonging to the Sun Corporation. Hoa Binh Corporation has taken charge of constructing foundation and basement of the project. Novotel Han River is the complex of high-class apartments, office building, trading center, restaurant system, international standard hotel.
* Lan Phuong 2 apartment building is located at 104 Ho Van Tu, Truong Tho Ward, Thu Duc Dist., HCMC. The investment owner of the project is the Lan Phuong Trading Production Co., Ltd. Hoa Binh Corporation is the main contractor of implementing ferro-concrete, basement and side of the building. * Ky Nguyen residence area is located at Phu My Ward, Dist.7, HCMC with area of 268,200m2 and divided into 3 areas as area I, II, III. The investment owner of the project is the Duc Khai JSC. Hoa Binh Corporation has taken charge of constructing basement of the area III. The area III includes 4 apartment blocks and 1 trading block. It is built under the standard of a high-class urban area.
