Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (Vinamilk) has informed of receiving 100% of contribution capital in the Vietnam F&N Foods Co., Ltd. as follows:
Vinamilk has signed the contract of receiving 100% of contribution capital of F&N Foods Pte., Ltd in the Vietnam F&N Foods Co., Ltd. with the value of USD3,8 million.
The Vietnam F&N Foods Co., Ltd. is the foreign-owned company set up in Vietnam. Its operation is to produce, market, distribute and sell milk products in Vietnam. After completing capital transference, the company will be a subsidiary of Vinamilk.
