Kinhbac City Development Share Holding Corporation (KINHBAC CITY GROUP) has announced information of KINHBAC CITY GROUP’s projects as follows:
* On 26 February 2010, at Ha Long City, People’s Committee of Quang Ninh Province and KINHBAC CITY GROUP worked each other and signed agreements of investment co-operation in industry-service projects at Quang Ninh Province.
* In the meeting, there were Mr. Vu Duc Dam – Alternate member of Central Committee and Chairman of People’s Committee of Quang Ninh Province, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh – Deputy Chairman of People’s Committee of Quang Ninh Province and some other members, Mr. Dang Thanh Tam – the Chairman and the CEO of KINHBAC CITY GROUP and key managers of KINHBAC CITY GROUP.
* At the meeting, Mr. Vu Duc Dam said People’s Committee of Quang Ninh Province would support KINHBAC CITY GROUP in important projects at this province to attract and develop investments in Quang Ninh.
* Next time, KINHBAC CITY GROUP will research urban and housing area for workers and Phuong Nam Industrial Park (Uong Bi Town) in about 1,000ha, urban and housing area for workers and Viet Hung Service and Industrial Park (Ha Long City) in about 500ha, tourist area at Van Don Economic Park, a trade and finance center, a 5-star hotel, etc…
* Phuong Nam Industrial Park at Uong Bi Town includes 700ha of industrial land and 200ha of service, hosing and urban land. It is at intersection of Highway 18A and Highway 10A where is main point of Ha Noi – Hai Phong – Quang Ninh, away 40km from Cat Bi Airport – Hai Phong and 70km from Noi Bai Airport. Therefore, the meeting approved to begin construction of Phuong Nam Industrial Park on April 27, 2010 and expected the park would be finished in 04 years with VND2,000 billion of investment capital. The project is an important event when Uong Bi Town will be become Uong Bi City in 2011, attract USD1-2 billion from foreign investments and make 50,000 employments for local inhabitants.
