1. Production value in 2010: VND1,550 billion. In which:
* Value of construction: VND1,235 billion
* Value of real estate trading: VND250 billion
* Value of materials and equipment trading: VND65 billion
2. Total value of signed construction contracts is transferred to 2010 and next years: VND1,340 billion.
3. On January 25th 2010, Construction Joint Stock Company No.5 began the installation of auger-cast piles to build Lot D of Urban Area Project, Thu Thiem Bridge, Ward 22, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City. The building has 28 storeys and includes 500 apartments. Total construction floor area of Lot D is 39,851.4 square meters.
