Petrovietnam General Services JS Corporation (PETROSETCO) has informed of Petrosetco Tower Project at 12 AB Thanh Da, Ward 27, Binh Thanh District, Hochiminh as follows:
On 08 January 2010, the People’s Committee of Hochiminh City issued Official Document No.58/UBND-DTMT to approved architecture parameters of Petrosetco Tower Project:
- Area of the project: 19,364.5 square meters
- Function of the project: Complex, apartments, commercial center, offices, hotel.
- Maximum height: 34 storeys (Not including basement and mezzanine)
- Construction area: About 105,000 square meters
- Total apartments: Expected 521 apartments
- Progress of the project: Expected from 2010 to 2013
PETROSETCO is completing procedures to start the project in 2010. The land clearance is scheduled to implement in the middle of 2010.
