Hochiminh City Metal Corporation (HMC) has announced information of 2 projects which HMC joined as follows:
1. Contributing capital in a construction project of a 05-star hotel at 8-12 Le Duan St., Dist.1:
* On December 30, 2009, HMC received a document of People’s Committee about investment project at 8 & 12 Le Duan St., Dist. 1, HCMC.
* Therefore, HMC and other companies using the space will be preference to contribute the investment capital. The projects will be deployed in 2010.
2. A project of apartment building at Phu Thuan, Dist. 7:
* People’s Committee approved HMC changing to the method of handing over 9,856.5m2 of land which paid fee of land usage at Nguyen Van Quy St., Phu Thuan Ward, Dist. 7 to make a project of apartment building.
* At present, HMC is finding a partner to cooperate and deploy construction of the project.
