Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HDC: HODECO) has announced information of Thi Sach & Binh Gia Projects as follows:

* On October 28, 2009, the People’s Committee of Ba Ria Vung Tau Province approved of an investment of HODECO in an apartment building with 31 floors and a tourism service (Thi Sach Resident). The project will build on 3,400m2 Thi Sach St., Thang Tam Ward, Vung Tau City (far 100m to Thuy Van Beach). The company received the land from a transfer in September 2009 with worth VND62.9 billion.

* On November 16, 2009, the People’s Committee of Ba Ria Vung Tau Province approved of an investment of HODECO in “Binh Gia Resident” with 31-floor apartment building. The project will build on 3,560m2 Binh Gia St., Ward 8, Vung Tau City. The company received the land from an auction in 2007 with worth VND15.5 billion.

HODECO has implemented processes and will start construction in quarter 1/2010.
