Summarizing the first 10 months in 2009, Hoa Phat Group reaches a total turnover VND 6486 billion, profit after tax is VND 1148 billion, reaching 91% and 125% of revenue and profit plan after tax of the whole year. Specifically, turnover in October 2009 is VND 664 billion, and after-tax profit amount of VND 100 billion.

Currently the Group is actively coordinating with Vietnam Construction Import Export Joint Stock Corporation (Vinaconex) in the implementation of detail planning for the urban area Tay Mo to deploy in 2010.

Tay Mo project has a total area of 292ha, located on the Lang - Hoa Lac road, next to the My Dinh National Convention Center. It’s also apart of the master plan for Ha Noi western New Urban.
