Techno - Agricultural Supplying Joint Stock Company (TSC) announced a completion of 40% capital contribution to found TSC Agricultural Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (*) as follows:

TSC Agricultural Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company’s charter capital is VND36 billion. Head office and a factory are on 33,408 m2 at Lot MA3 St. No. 5, Duc Hoa 1 Industrial Park, Duc Hoa Dong Town, Duc Hoa Dist., Long An Province. The land was leased of Duc Hoa 1 Industrial Park with USD49/m2 (excluded VAT) and the lease term is to December 05, 2058. Industries: importing and trading materials, finish goods of insecticides, fertilizers and kinds of seeds; doing outwork, pouring and packing insecticides, fertilizers and biological products for the agriculture; producing and trading packing; exporting insecticides and fertilizers.

On October 26, 2009, TSC Agricultural Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company held a ground-breaking ceremony to build a factory. Expected construction time will finish before December 15, 2010. TSC Agricultural Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company will start working as from January 01, 2011.
