NBB Investment Corporation (NBB: NBB CORP.) has announced business activities as follows:

1. Adjusting profit plan in 2009:

* In quarter 3/2009, NBB CORP. reached VND78.62 billion of revenue and VND35.17 billion of profit after tax

* With accumulation of the first 09 months, revenue was VND231.93 billion (increased 63.21% in comparison with that in the same period 2008) and profit after tax was VND66.06 billion (increased 38.13% in comparison with that in the same period 2008, reached 101.64% of the 2009 plan).

* The BOD approved the adjustment plan to increase the 2009 profit from 40% to 70% of the 2009 plan.

2. Information of an associated company:

* On June 11, 2009, Ministry of Transport approved of BOT Rach Mieu Bridge Co., Ltd. transforming model. On October 03, 2009, BOT Rach Mieu Bridge Co., Ltd. held successfully a foundation shareholders’ meeting.

* Mr. Doan Tuong Trieu – Chairman of the BOD and Managing Director of NBB CORP. was appointed as a Member of the BOD of BOT Rach Mieu Bridge Co., Ltd.
