Saigon - Hanoi Securitities JSC (SHS) and Sai Gon - Ha Noi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB), Rubber Finance Company (RFC) signed a credit contract, following that SHB and RFC will give SHS a loan:

- Value: VND 145,000,000,000 (34% of the paid in capital of the company at the signing contract time)

- Purpose: Supplementing to working capital

- Payment resouce: From operation income of the company
