According to the consolidated financial statements, profit after tax in Quarter II/2010 and Quarter II/2011 as follows:
• Profit after tax in Quarter II/2010: VND 4,321,764,135
• Profit after tax in Quarter II/2011: VND 7,994,238,341
Profit after tax in Quarter II/2011 was higher than profit after tax in Quarter II/2010 because:
• Gross profit from petrol in Quarter II/2010: VND560/ liter
• Gross profit from petrol in Quarter II/2011: VND800/liter
• Selling volume in Quarter II/2011 increased from Quarter II/2010.
