Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation (DIG-HoSE) disclosed information on a joint-venture in Xuan Thoi Thuong Industrial Zone, Hoc Mon District, Hochiminh (300 hectares).

According to an official announcement of the Chairman of Hochiminh City People’s Committee, DIC Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company (DIC Intraco) – a member of DIC Group was assigned as the investor of Xuan Thoi Thuong Industrial Zone – Hoc Mon District, Hochiminh, with an area of 300 hectares.

With experience in big projects and strong financial capacity, DIG signed a contract with DIC Intraco to implement the project with a capital contribution ratio as follows: DIG - 40% and DIC Intraco – 60%.
