On October 13, 2009, HOSE warned Full Power Joint Stock Company (FULL POWER JS CO: FPC)) of extending time to finish financial statements in the second time and required FULL POWER JS CO to reorganize accounting operation according to the Circular No. 38/2007/TT-BTC issued on April 18, 2007.
