Reason: Based on SACOMBANK – SBS’ audited consolidated financial statements for 2012, SACOMBANK – SBS had a cumulative loss until December 31, 2012 is VND1,767.76 billion, and that exceeded the Company’s paid-up capital of VND1,266.6 billion.
The last trading day of SBS stock on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange will be March 22, 2013.
