Nam Viet Corporation (Navico) gave reasons for the parent company’s loss in Quarter 4/2012 as follows:

In early Quarter 4/2012, Nam Viet Corporation withdrew 45% of the 51% capital in Cromit Nam Viet Corporation, so a loss of VND38,070 million was recorded. That made the parent company’s loss in Quarter 4/2012 increase to VND36,994 million.
