Savimex Corporation announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on the 2012 dividend payment dated December 24, 2012 as follows:

Article 1: Paying the 2012 dividend to all outstanding shares of Savimex:

- Payment rate: 7.5%/par value

- Payment date: in April 2013.
