BenThanh Rubber Joint Stock Company announced Board resolution No.66/2012/NQ-HDQT dated November 27, 2012:
Article 1: The Board of Directors approved that the offering price for 4,124,999 shares offered to the existing shareholder will be VND10,800/share.
Article 2: The share offering to the existing shareholders will be implemented from Quarter IV/2012 to Quarter II/2013.
Article 3: The Board of Directors passed the documents of the public offering to submit them to the State Securities Commission of Vietnam.
Article 4: This resolution takes effect from the signing date – November 27, 2012. This resolution replaces Resolution No.64/2012/NQ-HDQT dated November 01, 2012.
