On August 10, 2012, the Board of Directors of Tu Liem Urban Development Joint Stock Company (LIDECO) decided to stop investing in Hoa Son Residential Area Project because most of the area overlaps all of Drilling ground of Tank Brigade 201. LIDECO also dissolved LIDECO – Hoa Son One-member Limited Company, which is located at 128, Group 3, Dong Tien Ward, Hoa Binh City, Hoa Binh Province.

- On August 11, 2012, the Board of Directors approved that LIDECO would withdraw its contributed capital of VND13,668,000,000 in LIDECO 3 Joint Stock Company in Quarter IIII/2012. Dividends from the contributed capital of VND13,668,000,000 are paid as follows:

+ Year 2011: the dividend rate is the rate approved by the 2012 annual meeting of shareholders of LIDECO 3.

+ First 6 months of 2012: the dividend rate is bank interest rate (15%).

+ Time to return capital and pay dividends: in Quarter IIII/2012

+ LIDECO 3 must not use brand LIDECO and brand identity any longer.
