On November 26, 2012, PetroVietnam General Services Corporation (PETROSETCO) finished the transfer of all contributed capital, worth VND20.4-billion, in PetroVietnam Packaging Joint Stock Company (PSP) to Petrovietnam Ca Mau Fertilizer Company Limited.
